METHOD OF DUMP FORMATION ON SOFT PERMAFROST BASE

In winter, filled on frost base is rock covering layer with thickness equalling at least thickness of seasonal thawing-out of permafrost rocks. In so doing, area of prepared bases is larger than that required for location of rocks or ores in summer time by value of protective berm ensuring location of dumps in summer season on fully frosted base. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
