摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of reducing a strength irregularity of illumination light emitted from a light guide plate even in a case where the number of light-emitting elements is small, and a display device and a portable electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A luminaire 30 has a light-emitting element 40 comprising a light-emitting diode 41, and a light guide plate 50 on a side surface 54 of which a light incident part 55 opposed to the light-emitting element 40 is provided. The light guide plate 50 emits illumination light from a first surface 51. In the light incident part 55, a plurality of cylindrical lens surfaces 550 comprising a concave surface 551 of which an axial direction L551 faces the thickness direction of the light guide plate 50, is provided in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction L551. The cylindrical lens surface 550 comprises a circular arc surface of which a curvature radius is 0.5 mm or less, and preferably the curvature radius is 0.2 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
