PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make each healthy person receivable an appropriate meal guidance and acknowledge the importance of health control by meal thereby contributing to recover, keep and promote his/her health. SOLUTION: For the above purpose, this invention comprises, as its feature, a recording means which records menu for health promotion meal corresponding to physical condition of each healthy person, and a retrieval distribution means which retrieves a menu corresponding to physical condition change of individual healthy person from the recording means and outputs the retrieved menu so as to distribute to each healthy person.
