<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant insulation coating, using a glass system insulating material, hardly generating crack or exfoliation even by deformation or vibration, and yet hardly causing cracks even with change of ambient temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-resistant insulation coating of a conductor is provided with a glass layer 1 as an insulation coating, made of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>based glass, having deforming property, installed at a conductor side; an inorganic polymer baked layer coating the glass layer 1; and a glass layer 2 made of glass with a high thermal expansion coefficient and a melting point higher than that of the P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>based glass, coating the inorganic polymer baked layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
