PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that hardly provides disconnection (breaking) between a signal path section and a resistance section even under an installation environment in which a temperature change occurs.SOLUTION: A filler 81 of a non-resonant knocking sensor 1 is formed within a case 61 to cover at least a connection section 27a between a resistance element 27 and a terminal 171 of a lower-surface-side electrode member 17a and a connection section 27b between the resistance element 27 and a terminal 191 of an upper-surface-side electrode member 19a. The filler 81 is made of a silicon resin. The resin is a soft resin having a Shore A hardness of 24 or less. Accordingly, this structure reduces stress applied to the connection section 27a and the connection section 27b more than a structure in which the case 61 covers the connection section 27a and the connection section 27b directly, when a temperature change occurs. Even under an installation environment in which a temperature change occurs, the knocking sensor 1 hardly provides disconnection (breaking) between the resistance element 27 and the lower-surface-side electrode member 17a and disconnection (breaking) between the resistance element 27 and the upper-surface-side electrode member 19a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
