<p>A tipping impact absorbing device for wheelchair capable of absorbing an impact to a user (A) of a wheelchair (1) at the time of tipping, comprising an air bag (20) covering the specified portion of the user (A) of the wheelchair (1) at the time of inflation thereof, an expansion means expanding the air bag (20), sensors (40) detecting the inclination of the wheelchair (1) to a road surface, and a control means inflating the air bag (20) by the expansion means when the inclination of the wheelchair (1) is detected by the sensors (40), whereby, when the wheelchair (1) is inclined, the air bag (20) is inflated and the specified portion of the user (A) of the wheelchair (1) is covered by the air bag (20).</p> |
