PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-medical cement injection device having a tissue collecting function by which the collection of bone tissues and the injection of bone cement to be performed percutanously under a CT guide, etc., can be operated by a single device and as once continuous procedures and a series of the procedures is easy (needle piercing, tissue collection and cement injection), and which has a sufficient function for any procedure of them. SOLUTION: The device consists of an injection tube 1 consisting of a metallic hollow tube having a spiral groove 14 formed at its tip, which becomes the injection path of the bio-medical cement, a biopsy needle 2 obtained by engaging an outer needle 3 consisting of a metallic hollow tube with an inner needle 4 consisting of a metallic bar object to be inserted slidably to the inner cavity of the outer needle 3, and a stylet 5 to be inserted to the inner cavity of the injection tube for pushing out cement material remaining in the tube after injecting the cement material. The biopsy needle 2 is inserted slidably into the inner cavity of the injection tube 1. The needle base 12 of the injection tube 1 and the needle base 32 of the outer needle 3 of the biopsy needle; and the needle base 32 of the outer needle 3 of the biopsy needle and the needle base 42 of the inner needle 4 are freely attachable/detachable and provided with a fixing mechanism in the case of insertion. |
