PURPOSE: To provide a structure which does not directly fixe a slab to an excitation cavity by mounting holders at both edges of the slab and by providing members which hold the holders on the excitation cavity. CONSTITUTION: At both edges of a slab 1, holders 5a and 5b with pipe-shaped external are provided and a space between the holders is sealed by silicon sealing agent 6a and 6b. When the sealing agent 6a and 6b is cured, the stab 1, which is integrated with the holders 5a and 5b, is inserted into an excitation cavity 2, and the holders 5a and 5b are fixed in the excitation cavity 2 by O-rings 7a and 7b. Stoppers 11a and 11b for holding the holders 5a and 5b are fixed to the excitation cavity 2 by screws 12a and 12a' and screws 12b, and 12b', respectively. Thus, the holders 5a and 5b are permitted to slide, tensile stress is operated to the sealing agent 6a and 6b and cooling water is prevented from leaking. |
