The arrangement has a heat shield (22) with a cooling side (26), which overlies on a support structure (28), and a heating side (24), which is opposite to the cooling side. A circumferential side connects the cooling side with the heating side. A recess (32) extends in a direction perpendicular to a cavity, where the recess extends from the cavity to the cooling side. A fastening bolt is inserted into the recess for fastening the heat shield to the support structure.
