PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transact electric energy in an electric power transaction market, considering fluctuations in adjustment capabilities for electric power consumption in a plurality of users.SOLUTION: An electric power transaction management system executes: electric power price prediction processing 2006 for predicting an electric power price; electric power article extraction processing 2008 for extracting information on a predetermined electric power article to be sold or purchased; adjustment capability prediction processing 2106 for predicting, for each user, an electric power consumption adjustment capability showing a capability of adjusting electric power consumption; adjustment plan creation processing 2107 for creating an adjustment plan by allocating electric energy to be transacted to each user on the basis of the user's electric power consumption adjustment capability; transaction plan creation processing 2008 for creating, on the basis of the adjustment plan, a transaction plan for selling or purchasing the electric power article; order processing 2010 for transmitting order information based on the transaction plan to a market operation management device 50; and adjustment plan transmission processing 2010 for transmitting the adjustment plan to each user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
