The present invention provides a housing case for a head-up display (HUD) and an HUD apparatus. The housing case for an HUD includes a flocking layer formed on the inner surface of a housing body, wherein the flocking layer is formed by flocking fibers. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the housing case for an HUD implements excellent visibility and stability by reducing reflectivity and brilliance of the inner surface of the housing body.
