PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privilege information presentation system for presenting privilege information to be used as a price of purchase of merchandise to a user who uses online shopping of data broadcast. SOLUTION: The privilege information is transmitted from an online shopping agent to a user's cellular telephone by utilizing an online shopping program to be received by a data broadcast receiver by using the cellular telephone owned by the user. The cellular telephone stores the privilege information by storing it in a memory. The user can receive the discount service of the merchandise by using the stored privilege information.
