PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel easy of carriage and carrying in without needing special protection for the pipe whose fold is exposed. SOLUTION: For a hot water floor heater 10 equipped with a plurality of boards 17 and a pipe 16 provided serially between the boards 7, the pipe 16 is arranged to obliquely cross the opposite sides between adjacent boards 17, and besides this heater is provided with the cut 1 to prevent the exposed section of the pipe 16 from projecting from the flank of the board 17, at the outlet section where the pipe 16 comes out of the board 17. There is no necessity for the positions of the cuts to be in accord with each other, but it will do so long as the exposed section of the pipe 16 coming out of the pipe 17 is made in the position where it does not project from the flank of the board 17. |
