The present invention relates to a manned bicycle rental and return system, comprising: a member card which is issued to a user renting a bicycle by registering membership by accessing a server of a central control center in advance, and comprises an RFID tag for member where unique information of a member is stored; an RFID for bicycle which is provided to a bicycle to store unique information of the bicycle; a wireless RFID reader at a manned store, which recognizes the RFID tag for member and the RFID tag for bicycle; the server of the central control center which manages unique information of the bicycle and the member; and a wireless access point at the manned store, which transmits the unique information of the member and the bicycle recognized through the RFID reader to the server of the central control center through a wireless communication network, and receives rental and return approval information of the bicycle from the server and then transmits the rental and return approval information to the wireless RFID reader. According to the present invention, the manned bicycle rental and return system enables the user to ride the bicycle to move to a bus station or a subway station easily at an area where it is difficult to use a public transportation like a bus or a subway, by using the manned store like a manned management office or a convenient store which is located here and there in the city and a manager or a clerk resides in as a bicycle rental base where the user can rental and return the bicycle. |
