PURPOSE:To manufacture a mold in a short time by manufacturing an outer shell resin original pattern corresponding to the outer surface of a casting with a photo-curing molding method, filling up molding material as possible to keep the shape at the temp. of molten metal on the outer surface side of this original pattern and pouring the molten metal into the mold. CONSTITUTION:UV rays are irradiated the surface of liquid photo-curing resin to be cured the resin, and three dimensional resin cured layer is provided. On the outer surface side of the outer shell resin raw material, the molding material be able to keep the shape in the temp. of the molten metal is filled up and the molten metal is poured into the mold filling up the molding material. As the outer shell resin original pattern 1 has a significance only at the outer surface 7, the back side (the inner surface) 8 of the outer shell 6 can simply is formed, e.g. the outer shell 6 is reinforced with three supports 9 as showing in the figure. By this method, the manufacture and combining process of a wax model-made pattern based on the original pattern can be omitted and the mold can be manufactured in the short time. |
