TREATMENT PROCESS FOR REMOVING SOIL HEAVY METAL POLLUTION BY MAGNETIC SEPARATION PURIFICATION

A treatment process for removing soil heavy metal pollution by magnetic separation purification. The process uses a magnetic carrier granular material having reactivity or adsorbability to adsorb and trap a heavy metal in the soil, and then separate the heavy metal with the soil by using magnetic separation. The process comprises in sequence: 1) a step of preparing soil and a soil slurry; 2) a step of adsorbing and trapping the heavy metal by a magnetic carrier; 3) a step of magnetic separation; 4) a step of material recycling; and 5) a step of a concentrated treatment of the recycled heavy metal. In the present invention, the process is simple; the magnetic carrier granular material can be recycled; governance costs are low; a beneficiation technology and beneficiation machinery can be taken advantage of; the heavy metal removal or reduction or purification or restoration can be conducted in large, medium, and small-scale polluted soil; during which process, a large amount of sewage will not be produced, secondary or off-site pollution will not be caused and heavy metals can be recycled.
