Disclosed are a parking management system, a vehicle sensing apparatus, a parking information management apparatus, a parking information sharing apparatus, and a parking management method. The parking management system according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: the vehicle sensing apparatus installed in each parking sector, and sensing a vehicle entering a set range; the parking information management apparatus managing parking availability information including at least one among determination whether the vehicle is parked in each parking sector and a parking time in response to sensing of the vehicle by the vehicle sensing apparatus; and the parking information sharing apparatus receiving a parking request signal from the user terminal, retrieving the parking availability information from the parking information management apparatus, and transmitting the retrieved parking availability information to the user terminal.
