PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens linking mechanism and a lens unit by which an entire camera is miniaturized. SOLUTION: A cam 31 to move a third group lens 13 in the optical axis direction of the third group lens 13 by rotating by means of receiving motive power from a motor 32 and to apply a driving amount corresponding to the moving amount of the third group lens 13 to a slide lever 12, and a slide lever 20 arranged so as to make its longitudinal direction in the optical axis direction of a second group lens 12 and to move the second group lens 12 in the optical axis direction of the second group lens 12 by moving in the optical axis direction of the second group lens 12 by means of receiving the driving amount from the cam 31 are provided.
