PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition used for a wrapping film that has excellent heat resistance, flexibility and impact resistance, and can be used especially favorably for forming a wrapping film having excellent heat resistance, flexibility, impact resistance and stickiness, and to provide a wrapping film that has excellent heat resistance, flexibility, impact resistance and stickiness, and can be favorably used for high temperature cooking applications where oily foods are wrapped with film and heated in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: This resin composition used for a wrapping film comprises 60-85 pts.wt. of (A) a 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer, 5-20 pts.wt. of (B) a liquid butene polymer having a dynamic viscosity of 2-5,000 cSt at 100 deg.C, and 10-20 pts.wt. of (C) the total of (C1) a propylene-butene random copolymer and/or (C2) a propylene-butene-ethylene random copolymer (wherein the total amount of (A)+(B)+(C1)+(C2) is 100 pts.wt.).
