PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball formed by using a thermoplastic polyurethane material which can be recycle molded, has high repulsiveness and is excellent in scratch resistance as a cover material. SOLUTION: The cover is formed of a composition (C) essentially consisting of the following components (A) and (B): (A) The thermoplastic polyurethane material which includes polyether polyol of an average molecular weight >=1,500 as a high-polymer polyol and is >=40% in the modulus of elasticity in repulsion. (B) An isocyanate mixture prepared by dispersing an isocyanate compound (b-1) having >=2 isocyanate groups as functional groups in one molecule into a thermoplastic resin (b-2) which does not substantially react with the isocyanate.
