FIELD: chemical industry; light industry; other industries; production of the dust-catching recirculation apparatuses. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for purification of the air from the finely dispersed dust and the chips and may be used in chemical industry, light industry and other industries. The dusty gas stream is tangentially fed into the cyclone unit through the fitting pipe (2). The swirling flow moves down along the descending spiral line along the walls of the fitting pipe connected to the body (1) of the apparatus. The dust particles under the action of the centrifugal and inertia forces are moving from the apparatus center to the periphery and, reaching the walls are transported into the dust collection bin (16). The purified are is withdrawn from the apparatus through the barrel (9) the channel (13) and the filtering component (3). The filtering component (3) represents the cartridge paper pleated filtering component made out of the sound-absorbing material located in the wire skeleton and the containing the regeneration mechanism. The invention allows to raise effectiveness of the air purification, to increase the dust storage capacity and the service life of the apparatus without regeneration of the filtering stage. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the air purification, the increased dust storage capacity and the service life of the apparatus without regeneration of the filtering stage. ^ 2 dwg |
