Said gas-turbine power plant (38) comprises gas turbine (6), controller (39), steam generator (9) with heat recovery and divider (29) of exhaust gases, which divides exhaust gases (8, 19) of gas turbine power plant to first partial flow (21) of exhaust gases recirculation in sucked flow gas turbine (6) and at second partial flow (20, 24) of exhaust gases for emission to atmosphere, and element (11, 29) to control first flow (21) of exhaust gases and secondary cooler (27) of exhaust gases. Preset concentration of one component (C) is determined from the specified value of concentration of one component (C) of gas from control circuit for working variable, related to combustion in gas turbine (6), values of anticipatory control of given concentration of gas component (C) and correction of preset concentration (C) component gas obtained by means of feedback circuit. Controller (39) of said gas-turbine power plant (38) comprises three level controller for determination of preset concentration (C) one component, where first level controller comprises closed control loop for preset concentration (C) one component, second level controller comprises proactive control for given concentration (C) one component, and third level controller includes feedback circuit, by means of which preset anticipatory control is corrected in compliance actual working behaviour of gas turbine power plant.EFFECT: ensured is reliable protection of said gas-turbine power plant due to control content of at least one component of working medium.16 cl, 4 dwg
