摘要 The present invention provides a foamed concrete binding material composition comprising a binding material and a powder foam stabilizer introduced at a ratio of 0.05 to 0.1 wt% with respect to 100 wt% of the binding material, wherein the powder foam stabilizer consists of 19 to 21 wt% of an active ingredient consisting of at least any one of alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) and alkyl ether sulfate (AES), and 79 to 81 wt% of a lime stone powder. Also, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of foamed concrete for heated floor, comprising the following steps of: (a) manufacturing a foamed concrete binding material composition comprising a binding material and a powder foam stabilizer introduced at a ratio of 0.05 to 0.1 wt% with respect to 100 wt% of the binding material, wherein the powder foam stabilizer consists of 19 to 21 wt% of an active ingredient consisting of at least any one of alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) and alkyl ether sulfate (AES), and 79 to 81 wt% of a lime stone powder; and (b) mixing 10 to 18.7 vol% of the foamed concrete binding material composition, 18 to 29 vol% of use water, and 52.3 to 72 vol% of foam. The manufacturing method of foamed concrete for heated floor does not need a step of introducing a liquid foam stabilizer.
