The present invention relates to a welding material used for tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding and, more specifically, relates to a TIG welding material used for welding a high manganese steel sheet. According to the present invention, provided is the TIG welding material for high manganese steel, comprising: 0.1-0.4 wt% of C; 18-26 wt% of Mn; 0.1-0.6 wt% of Si; 0.02 wt% or less of P; 0.01 wt% or less of S; and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.
