摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray device that can start up from a normal rotation speed for fluoroscopy to a high rotation speed for image pick-up within 1 sec. SOLUTION: An X-ray controller is provided with a heating time characteristic memory 27 for calculating a heating time from a filament heating at the fluoroscopy to a heating state at the image pick-up and storing a difference in a filament heating value and a heating time characteristic, and a data transmission circuit 26 for transmitting the heating time to a starter device 40. The starter device 40 is provided with a rotation speed-rising time memory 54 for calculating a maintenance rotation speed of a rotating anode 32 of an X-ray tube device 8 and storing a characteristic, and a rotation speed-intermittent drive characteristic memory 55 for storing a rotation speed-intermittent drive characteristic for maintaining the rotation at the calculated maintenance rotation speed. By turning on and off and intermittently driving a stator 180 Hz drive circuit 44, the rotation speed of the rotating anode 32 is maintained at the maintenance rotation speed, while the stator 180 Hz drive circuit 44 is operated such that the rotating anode 32 of the X-ray tube device 8 is raised to a high rotation speed until the heating state after reception of a high-speed rotation start signal.
