A method for making nonalcoholic tonic carbonated drink includes heating a recipe base, introducing filler therein, mixing, pasteurizing, cooling and pouring. A ready vegetable and fruit marinade or brine, in which prior to pouring carbon dioxide is introduced, is used as the recipe base. In doing so pieces of marinated or salty vegetables or fruit are used as the filler. |
