The present invention relates to a composition to form a polyimide film including an excellent transparency, a thermal resistance, and a chemical resistance and the polyimide film manufactured by using the same. The composition to form the polyimide film comprises: polyimide represented by chemical formula 1 or a precursor thereof, and a polyfunctional additive including two or more (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule. In chemical formula 1, X and Y are the same as those defined in a specification.
