Disclosed is a fuel cell wherein heat exchange efficiency with tube fuel-cell cells can be improved. Specifically disclosed is a fuel cell comprising tube fuel-cell cells (1) and heat exchange members (10a) arranged outside the tube fuel-cell cells (1). In this fuel cell, the outer circumferential surfaces of the fuel-cell cells (1) are in area contact with at least a part of the outer circumferential surfaces of the heat exchange members (10a).
