A coaxial light radiating device for radiating light on a work (W) such as a product to inspect the surfaces of the work. A micro EL element (2) comprises a transparent electrode layer (22) disposed on the work side, a nontransparent electrode layer (23) disposed on the anti-work side, and a light emitting layer (21) disposed between these electrodes (22) and (23) and emitting light by a voltage imparted thereto. A large number of the micro EL elements are arranged parallel with each other through clearances (S) therebetween. As a result, uniform lighting, compactness, and a reduction in weight can be further promoted in the coaxial light radiating device. |
