<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable several types of writing instruments each of which is mounted with a ballpoint pen refill having different lengths to be easily dealt with one type of the ballpoint pen refill. <P>SOLUTION: The ballpoint pen refill has the tip of a ballpoint pen at a leading end and an ink containing tube made of a synthetic resin at a rear end. The tube fills an oil base ink or an ink having shear-rate thinning, and a cut formed substantially perpendicularly to an axial direction at the predetermined position of the outer surface of the tube at the rear side of the filled ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
