PURPOSE: An electric fan is provided to blow wind in 360 degrees, to be produced without an additional head and to adjust the height by forming a 360 degrees blowing frame. CONSTITUTION: For being applied to many people, the head of an electronic fan faces fully downward or fully upward with a 360 degrees blowing fan. To be applied to one person, the 360 degrees blowing frame is detached from the fan and the head of the fan is rotated within 90 degrees. Two electric fan supporters(19) are formed in both sides of the fan to induce 180 degrees of a vertical rotation and an adjusting button is placed with the supporters to maximally lower or lift the fan. Further, the adjusting button adjusts the height of the fan with an adjusting spring.
