PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file acquisition method and system which performs delivery of a Web content with a special processing without developing a large-scale exclusive application. SOLUTION: A page file with a unique tag not interpreted by a standard browser is prepared on a delivery server side in addition to a standard tag interpretable by the standard browser. An exclusive browser having a function for interpreting the unique tag is mounted on a user terminal side. In the user terminal side, when the delivery server is accessed to receive the page file with the unique tag, the content of the unique tag is interpreted, and a necessary processing is performed for the user to acquire an intended file.
