An exhaust structure in a tow-wheeled vehicle is provided to reduce an inertial force and the movement of vehicles during traveling by arranging a muffler adjacent to an engine. An exhaust structure in a tow-wheeled vehicle includes an exhaust pipe(20), a front folded part(40), a rear folded part(41), a muffler(21), a lower frame(6), and a crank case(9). The exhaust pipe is folded in an S-typed form from a side of the vehicle. The front folded part is folded convexly forward. The rear folded part is folded concavely backward. A lower end of the rear folded part is connected to the muffler. The muffler is supported by the lower frame. A front end(6a) of the lower frame is folded forward and is elongated upward from the lower frame which passes through a lower part of the crank case.
