PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hours for creating a definition file required for document import.SOLUTION: A document format import system operates as follows: extracting candidate blocks coincident with a title and an attribute registered on a block extraction policy 102, in blocks of a document 101 to be imported; displaying the extracted candidate blocks on a display section together with a coincidence rate; receiving an input of a candidate block selected by a user from among the displayed blocks and the coincidence rate; and outputting a definition file, on the basis of a block definition, which is a template block definition of a definition file of the document to be imported, formed on the basis of the received candidate block, to a block library.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
