PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for identifying user behavioral characteristics that eliminates the need for confirming battery residual capacity of a device for measuring user behavioral characteristics.SOLUTION: A power generation device 2a having a vibration power generation unit 11a, a photovoltaic power generation unit 11b, a temperature difference power generation unit 11c, and a radio wave power generation unit 11d is attached to a user as a part of fashion in the form of a finger ring, a bracelet and others, power generation information of the power generation device is stored in memory 13, and the power generation information is transmitted to a host connected by I/F14.
