<p>Nail enamel compositions include a primary film forming polymer, a secondary film forming resin, a solvent and a plasticizer. The secondary film forming resin is present in the composition in an amount greater than the primary film forming polymer. The resulting nail enamel composition has improved wear characteristics and properties which are suitable for use as base coats, color coats, clear coats and protective top coats.</p> |
