The invention relates to an electrical device for treating different diseases, among others rheumatic diseases, malignant tumours and liver diseases by skin surface stimulation of acupuncture points. The device includes a pulse generator of adjustable frequency with electrical connecting points (13,14) providing body potential and a pulse output and having attached to them a single common electrode or two separate electrodes. One of the electrodes or a given part of the common electrode is formed as an electrical contacting surface, whereas the other electrode (30) or the end part of the common electrode is electrically connected to the electrical connecting point (14) providing the pulse output, characterised in that the skin touching end part (35) of the electrode (30) connected to the connecting point (14) of the pulse output is formed with a disc shaped permanent magnet (32) of electrically conducting material.
