PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound having high electron transportation ability, and an organic light emitting element containing the compound. SOLUTION: An imidazopyrimidine-based compound is expressed by chemical formula (I), wherein R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>3</SB>, R<SB>4</SB>, R<SB>5</SB>, R<SB>6</SB>, R<SB>7</SB>, R<SB>8</SB>, R<SB>9</SB>and R<SB>10</SB>express each independently a hydrogen, a 6-30C aryl group or the like; Ar<SB>1</SB>and Ar<SB>2</SB>express each a 6-30C aryl or the like; p and q are a mutually independent integer of 1-5; m and n is a mutually independent integer of 0-4, but m and n are not simultaneously equal to 0. The organic light emitting element equipped with an organic membrane containing the compound is disclosed.
