PURPOSE: Foot exercise machine is able to make straight deformity of backbone by maintaining center of gravity of body with inclined state, accelerates the circulation of the blood by irritating the sole of foot by oppressive projection, improves flexibility of ankle joint and relieves the tension of calf muscle by ascending and descending foot heel alternately. CONSTITUTION: Foot exercise machine comprises base part(12) to have fixed thickness as approximately rectangle, to be formed with numerous oppressive projection(16) in the top face; a pair of pedal submaterial(10,10) to be located with slanting to upper direction, fixes on the basis of horizontal direction center line of base part(12) in the bottom of base part(12), boss part(14) to have penetration hole(14a,14a); support axis(20) to support each pedal submaterial(10,10) to be rotated freely by being inserted in penetration hole(14a,14a) composed in boss part(14,14) of each pedal submaterial(10,10).
