<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainproof composition capable of permanently keeping excellent stainproofness, water and oil repellency, scratch resistance and low friction. <P>SOLUTION: The stainproof layer 2 is composed of a stainproof composition containing an alkoxysilane compound having an aliphatic hydrocarbon terminal group and a fluorine-containing terminal group. The alkoxysilane compound forms a strong bond by the dealcoholizing condensation reaction or so-called sol-gel reaction on the surface of a substrate composed of an inorganic material.
