<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trading market system for intellectual property, which can safely distribute intellectual property requiring maintenance of secrecy in a virtual market on a public network. <P>SOLUTION: An intellectual property, which has not been applied for patent and needs secrecy protection, can be assured for the identity and registration time of intellectual property information while strict secrecy status is held by enciphering the content of the intellectual property with an encryption key beforehand and registering it in a server device.
