PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction device for an on-site constructed pile that enables an excavation head to be set readily and construction costs to be reduced, along with a high-quality construction method for the on-site constructed pile using the device.SOLUTION: An excavation head 7 includes a plate-form excavation blade 11 crossing across an inner peripheral surface at a bottom edge of a steel pipe 6 in a radial direction, having both edges fixed on the inner peripheral surface, and protruding perpendicularly from a bottom edge surface, and a pair of bottom plates 12 closing each of opening parts h of roughly half-moon shape, when seen in a planar view, formed on both sides of the excavation blade at the bottom edge of the steel pipe 6. The bottom plates 12 are separated from the bottom edge when the steel pipe 6 is lifted after the steel pipe 6 forms a pile hole by excavating a ground. Then, the steel pipe 6 rises in the ground while discharging a pile material into the pile hole from the opening part h, the pile material having been pressurized by high-pressure air, thus placing the pile in the pile hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
