摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff device having low power consumption.SOLUTION: A cutoff device 10 includes: a P-channel type FET 20 provided on a current path from a battery to a load; a current mirror circuit 21 for drawing current from both of the FET 20's source side and drain side to output current obtained by combining both of the drawn current, where Ic, a value of both current drawn by the current mirror circuit 21, is larger as Id, a value of current flowing in the FET 20, is larger; and a switching circuit 24 for switching the FET 20 to OFF when a value of current output by the current mirror circuit 21 is equal to or larger than a current threshold. Thereby, the cutoff device 10 cuts off current flowing in the current path when current equal to or larger than the current threshold has flown in the current path from the battery to the load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
