PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation device for a vehicle allowing an irradiation mechanism to be easily installed onto an installation member.SOLUTION: In a door mirror device 10 for a vehicle, a projection device 12 projects a drawing pattern of a drawing pattern film 38. When a holding cylinder 48 of a cap 46 is inserted into an open hole 20 of a visor 16, the projection device 12 is inserted into the cap 46 so that the holding cylinder 48 is sandwiched between a peripheral surface of the open hole 20 and a protruding part 42A of the projection device 12 to install the projection device 12 onto the visor 16 held only with the cap 46.
