摘要 PURPOSE: An inductance element, a laminated electronic component, a laminated electronic component module, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow for ease of mass production and reduce a displacement of conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION: An inductance element is manufactured from a laminate where insulators and conductors are laminated alternately with each other. The inductance element is made of a helical coil(1), and one turn of the coil has four sides. Two sides of the four sides of one turn of the coil are formed of parallel conductors(2a,2b) through a slot or groove forming processing and a bottom removing process. The grooves formed in the laminating direction by the processing are filled with an insulating material. The other two sides of the four sides of one turn of the coil are formed of bridging conductors(3a,3b) formed on the insulating material filling the grooves such that a helical coil is formed by interconnecting ends of the parallel conductors. The inductance element has top, bottom, and side surfaces which are coated by an insulating layer. External connection terminals(12) are formed in the portion where a certain part of the insulating layer is removed.
