METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PLATINUM NANO-STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a platinum nano-structure. SOLUTION: Laser beams (wavelength of 355 nm) from a laser beam source 10 are converged on a converging lens 12 to pulse-irradiate the surface of an SDS aqueous solution 16 containing platinum nano-particles. Irradiated with the laser beams, the platinum nano-particles are flagmented to form the platinum nano-structure of particle shape or network shape according to SDS concentration.
