PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising polycarbonate resin, a rubber modified graft copolymer, a vinyl based copolymer, a mixture of a polyphosphate compound derived from bisphenol A and a monophosphate ester compound and fluorinated polyolefin is provided, which has excellent heat stability during processing and is well balanced between excellent flame retardancy and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) 45 to 99 parts by weight of thermoplastic resin without containing halogen, (B) 1 to 50 parts by weight of a styrene based graft copolymer, (C) 0 to 50 parts by weight of a vinyl based copolymer or mixtures thereof, (D) 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of a mixture compound of 10 to 50% by weight of a polyphosphate compound of formula (I) and 90 to 50% by weight of a monophosphate compound of formula (II) based on 100 parts by weight of the composition (A) + (B) + (C) and (E) a flame retardant. In formula, R1, R2, R4 and R5 are each C6-20 aryl or alkyl substituted C6-C20 aryl; R3 is bisphenol-A derivatives and M represents an integer of more than 1.
