<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet with a support film capable of reconciling the peelability of the green sheet from the support film and the mutual adhesiveness of the green sheets, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the ceramic green sheet with the support film obtained by coating the support film with a slurry prepared by mixing a ceramic powder, a resin component and a solvent and drying the coated support film, the relation between the surface free energy γ<SB>F</SB>of the support film and the surface free energy γ<SB>S</SB>of the green sheet after drying is set to 0.34≤γ<SB>F</SB>/γ<SB>S</SB>≤1.10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
