PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient illuminating lamp, not requiring input of mobile position information and illuminating lamp position information, with regard to unlighting detection of an illuminating lamp.SOLUTION: An unlighting detector (1) for detecting the unlighting of illuminating lamps (2, 3) includes an image acquisition unit (10) for acquiring a moving image (M) including a plurality of illuminating lamps shot while a mobile (V) is travelling, and an image analysis unit (20) for specifying an unlighted illuminating lamp, out of the plurality of illuminating lamps, based on the periodicity of spots (Sr, Su) corresponding to the plurality of illuminating lamps and passing through detection areas (32, 33) in a display screen (31) displaying a moving image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
