PURPOSE: A circular fixed quantity supply device capable of preventing adhesion is provided to implement smooth injection and discharge of raw materials in a transfer tank by discharging a desired amount of raw materials through an outlet. CONSTITUTION: A circular fixed quantity supply device comprises a regulation ring(22), regulation partitions(23), and a removal assembly(14). The regulation ring is protruded from the top of rotary blades(13) and connected in a cylinder shape. The regulation partitions are installed at regular intervals between the rotary blades and fixed to the regulation ring. The removal assembly is installed on the underside of the rotary blades.
